ME Pro/Blue on Linux.

There are separator bars between the Panels such as

Package Explorer panel | Opened JSP panel | Debug Panel

Now, move the mouse pointer over the separator bar. It flicks and elusive before gets stabllized.

What I expect is as soon as I move the mouse pointer over the bar, the arrow icon <–> should appear immediately and stablized, then I can drag the bar to widen or narrow the panel. But the pointer over the bar just unstable.

We could not replicate the issue at our end.

Please give us some more details to help investigate further :

1. Can you please share the Installation Details from MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details ?

2. Do you see this behavior on all the perspectives or a specific perspective ?
