I have am trying to start weblogic 10.0 from myeclipse ide and i get the following error.The configuration i have is as shown in this link

Loyal WaterMemberConfigure the WebLogic connector to use the JDK that is shipped along with Weblogic, not the JDK you installed on your system yourself. The JDK can be found in the Weblogic install dir.
