A really cool thing I would like to have is a compile and project stats.

Example:
Worked on these <list> six jsp’s for 2 hours.
Worked on project ‘x’ for 12 hours

Stuff like that could help figure out where I am spending the most time and revaluate things. Also good for billing!

I believe I saw a Eclipse metrics plugin like this. Check out eclispeplugincentral.com for these types of things, definately outside of the scope of MyEclipse.
