I created a web project and added struts 1.3 capabilities with struts tag libraries.
When I viewed the project tree I was unable to find the struts TLD’s under WEB-INF folder for the newly created project. How can I add TLD’s to the newly created project?

With Struts 1.3 , the TLDs are packaged as struts-taglib-1.3.8.jar. Its under Struts-1.3 Libraries folder.
