1. Can I support more than struts-config file?

2. Why does the flow view only show simple action/forwards? if you have a redirect as a forward or any type of form, it simply fails to show up in the flow view… what am I missing?

Clay,

1) Yes, you can have as many struts-config files as you like, but for the editors creation wizards to work properly they need to be contained in a MyEclipse web project to which you’ve added struts capabilities.

2) You may not be missing anything. The flow view is still “a work in progress” in the 2.7 RC2 release. In fact, a completely new version will be introduced in the 2.7 GA release and that should address any shortcomings of the current one.

We are using 2.7 RC2 and have 5 struts config files which are setup in the web.xml. However, the creation wizards only work for the one named struts-config.xml and not for the ones named struts-config-foo.xml. Is this an outstanding problem for RC2? This is not a major problem for us as cut and paste works fine, but having the wizards would be nicer.

By the way, is there an anticpated date for the 2.7 GA or 2.7 RC3?

Just associate the other struts-config-blarg.xml files with the “Struts Editor” and you should get the same struts-treatements.

Also the ETA for 2.7/3.7GA is end of this month (~10 days)
