One more thing I think would be super awesome and probably not too hard since you already have the information handy:

When I type an action like this:
<action input=”balbhakasd” name=”|”>
</action>

it would be SO sweet if when I hit autocomplete, it actually enumerated the Forms I had defined at the top of the file as possible completions… and I noticed you already have this info in the outline view, so maybe it wouldn’t be too hard to slap that in?

I agree with you. We have talked about this type of feature for JSP editor. I’m adding your idea to the growing “Would it be nice if” feature list.
