I upgraded ME from 6.x to 7.5 and updated to be sure I have the latest, but still see the following issue with existing code. This was not happening with 6.x:
Every error message appears two times on JSP using Struts error tag now.
So, the errors are added in the Action class, and displayed using the error tag.

Your problem is not clear.
I need the following details to narrow down the problem.1) Can you please elaborate more about the problem you are getting?. If possible give me the steps to reproduce your problem.
2) Can you copy and paste your installation detail? To do that open MyEclipse IDE, from the menu options click on MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details.
3) Can you send your log file? You can get it from [your workspace dir]/.metadata/.log
4) If you notice any errors related to your project “Problems” view, Please send those. You can get “Problems” view from Window>Show View> Problems or press “Alt+Shift+Q,X”.5) Can you send the screenshots of your error.
6)So, the errors are added in the Action class, and displayed using the error tag.
