1 more question,when i check out the project using “Check out as” from the CVS view, i need to add the Struts 2.1 capabilities again to the project, and then it works fine…is there anyways where i can ensure that while checking in, the project checks in such a way that while checking out we can avoid adding struts 2.1 capabilities again?

I have tested this in ME8.5M2 and could not replicate it.
Can you upgrade to ME8.5M2 and check if that works for you?
