I have used MyEclipse7.5 classic, and when my trial period was ended, I purchase a standard edition package. Then I got the ID and Code for subscription.
The problem is when I enter both ID and Code, nothing happen at all.
Normally, when we enter the correct ID and code, the subscription detail will appear right? But for me, it didnt appear.

I’m sure that my ID and code is the correct one because there is no any warnning of invalid ID or Code. There is no space at the head and the tail too.

I think the problem is about there is something blocking the entry of information to myeclipse when I do my subscription.

I’m using Window7 as an os.

Please help, I cannot continue my work.

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. I would recommend you to send a mail to subscriptions@genuitec.com with the details of your subsciption ID and code. Also attach screenshots detailing your issue.
