Hi,
My subscription expires 10/23/14. I went to renew, and after clicking on the Renew button, I get the cart displayed with the renewal fee, but above that is this message:“You have chosen to renew 1 Professional license(s). New licenses will expire 09/27/2015”
Is that right? My renewal should expire 10/23/15. Or is this just a poorly phrased note, meaning that if I had ALSO bought a new subscription, IT would expire 9/27? Very confusing. Presumably the message generator could figure out that I didn’t buy any new subscription…

I’m afraid the above message is incorrect or misleading in our new forums website. I will ask the concerned team to make the necessary changes.
You can ignore the message for now and continue with the license renewal process.
