MyEclipse 2016 CI, Subclipse 1.8.22

Able to check out from SVN repo in Repository Exploring perspective, and synchronize changes in Team Synchronizing perspective. However, History view will only populate in these two perspectives. In MyEclipse Java Enterprise perspective, the History view will not populate at all (linked or un-linked with editor, Refresh has no effect) and produces no errors.

Sorry that you are seeing this issue.

Can you please check if the issue persists in a new workspace as well?
Go to Window > Perspective and select Reset Perspective. Add the History view once again and see how it works. If resetting the perspective does not work, then try opening a new window (menu Window > New Window) and add the History view.

It looks like a known issue with the History view in Java Perspective in Eclipse Mars. MyEclipse 2016 CI 3 is based on Eclipse Mars 4.5.1.
