On both versions 7.5 and 8.0.

Tree does not show all artifacts that are different, esp., if those artifacts are not java source files. This is specific to web projects.

Intermittently, there are two trees. The first tree only shows java files, the second tree shows all differences.

There was an old post about two trees but no resolution from support – so I am wondering did that bug ever get addressed ?

This is a critical issue for us as we are trying to do team development.
