MyEclipse 4.1GA Eclipse 3.1

I have experienced text boxes disappearing from diagrams. I’ve had it on state diagrams and class diagrams. Not always, but often enough to be a pain. They’re there when I save the diagram, but some days later when I open the diagram again (maybe restarting Eclipse) they have gone. In one class diagram I have one box survived and one disappeared!
Is this a known problem?
