I could not replicate the problem at my end on Windows 10.
Can you please give us some more details?
1. Are you working with a non standard Windows theme? Please share more details about the OS theme that is currently selected.
2. Is your Eclipse installation 32 bit or 64 bit?
3. Can you please check if the problem persists with a fresh new workspace?
4. If you have installed any other third party plugins, please let us know.
5. Please also share with us the workspace log file by clicking on the ‘Export Log’ icon in the Error Log view for further investigation.
