I’m sorry you ran into this issue. The dev team is already looking into this issue. We have not been able to reproduce this issue at our end so if you have any inputs that would help us recreate this issue, please let us know so that we can resolve this asap.

I have just downloaded the All in One installer a couple of days ago and received a professional liscense. I was working on a jsp file and when clicking on the preview tab, I get the same error message. I am using Vista Ultimate 64 bit with Service Pack 1.
