    Iam using eclipse 3.0.1 ME 3.8.2 and weblogic 8.1 sp3 I am getting error when I try to start up weblogic in Suse 9.1

    The WebLogic Server did not start up properly.

    I wish you would have posted the fix instead of just saying you fixed it! I have the same issue :(.
