Why the installed plugins the java script in Eclipse IDE is not working?

I installed Protractor and AngularJS using NPM locally to the project and I do see the content assist working (example : describe).

Can you please check if Protractor is installed to the project? Else run this command for the project in the Terminal+ and check if content assist works : npm install protractor

Please give it a try and let us know how it works for you.
