Hi,

I’m running MyEclipse on a Gentoo-Linux-Box and since today I have a very irritating error-message which tells me that “Too many users are using this subscription key” and that MyEclipse will disable most of its features.

In the last line the IPs of the computers using my key are listed: 127.0.0.1 and 192.168.9.5. Of course both IPs belong to the same computer: 127.0.0.1 is localhost and 192.168.9.5 is the IP of the same computer in the local network.

What can I do solve this problem, because this must be a false-alarm!?

Please email subscriptions@genuitec.com with this same description of the problem, they should reissue you a new license. Sorry for the trouble.

Support, I have the exact problem as the original poster. What do I need to do to have myeclipse fix the problem?

You actually quoted the instructions you need to follow, just email subscriptions and they will take care of you.

I guess you do not need any subscription/license number, etc. That is what I had meant by my question. I will send an email right away. Thanks.

These are public forums, if the subscription department needs that information privately they will ask for you for it, but I wouldn’t be the one to take care of it.
