Hello,
MyEclipse is triggering a full project rebuild every time I make a very small single file change … any ideas what’s wrong?

Please send us the .project file of the project in question?
Also try the below steps:1) Can you try uninstalling any plugins and then check if the behavior persists?
2) Can you create a simple application in a new workspace and modify one of the file to check whether all files are compiled?Do let us know how they have worked for you.
