Sorry that you are seeing this issue. I could not replicate the issue at my end with MyEclipse 2015 CI 18 or the latest CI 19.
Are you are working with an earlier CI release ? If yes, then please go to Help > Check for Updates and update to our latest CI release, CI 19 and check if the issue persists with the existing as well as a new workspace.
If you can replicate the issue with the latest CI release, then please share with us the MyEclipse Installation details from menu MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details along with the screenshots of the working set as well as the MyEclipse Explorer to help us get a visual.
If possible, please prepare a workspace which exhibits the issue, zip it and send it to help us replicate the issue at our end.
