Hello,

I have two potential bugs to report.

1) In jsp fragments, syntax validator still expects the files to have with complete html file structure.
If you have a fragment of HTML, all the tags will be giving warnings.

2) Content Outline does not show the elements in a nested manner. Rather will put items, one for all start tags, one for end tags.

These are all known issues. The HTML validator needs to be educated in the ways of fragments so it will get smarter. Also make sure you are naming your fragments with a .jspf extension to help. Sorry for the trouble.
