Can’t see how to create an activity diagram. I just read the thread from a month ago on this topic and my toolbar does not contain the DEFAULT drop down menu. Mine is out-of-the-box with no changes that I know about. I just have the UML and UML2 icons – and a whole bunch of others.

OK. now I see it, but it’s way over on the right, not where I would expect it to be, and not where you show it in the earlier response.
