I could not find a UML entry on my menu toolbar next to Window

I have MyEclipse 4.3 and windows 2000

To access the MyEclipse UML capabilities, make sure to open the MyEclipse UML perspective (Window->Open new Perspective-> Other -> MyEclipse UML), and Open a new UML repository (File->New->New UML Repository). Please refer to the following link for a quickstart guide on the MyEclipse UML features.
