The omondo plugin for eclipse makes my eclipse hang up when I use it with myeclipse.
Is there another UML plugin which will work without any issues,

I use Omondo without any problems. What versions of JDK, Eclipse, MyEclipse, etc. are you trying to use? What OS?

Hmm the only difference between our setups is that I’m using JDK 1.4.2_03… can you try upgrading and see if that helps? Sorry I can’t help more, this seems to be more of an omondo issue; have you tried emailing them?

A UML pluggin would be very nice, one that auto generates java classes would be vvvv nice.

I was wondering if the people that are working with UML could share some experience.

What plugin would you recommend to use together with MyEclipse ?

I am evaluating Together, Omondo, Visual Paradigm. Any comments about these? Any other options?

Also, is this the correct place to ask about this?

but is does not integrate as well with eclipse as Visual Paradigm/Omondo does.
I don’t have experience with Together … like to read yours 😉

FYI,

EclipseUML Free Editon for Eclipse 3.0.1 is available for download @ http://www.eclipsedownload.com/

… but this free edition does not work for projects under source controll 🙁

I found the Together free edition a bit buggy… currently still using JUDE but would like something that intergrates nicely w/ Eclipse
