Normal convention in naming associations is to switch the multiplicity and role names on each end of the association. ie, on the left the multiplicity is above the line and the name below, and on the right the role is above the line and the multiplicity below. This means that the typically long name is adjacent to the much shorter multiplicity allowing for tighter spacing of classes. Just a suggestion to be used or ignored as you please.
