Hello! It looks like your Live Chat storage got somehow corrupted. Can you try the following?
1. Shut down MyEclipse
2. Remove the Live Chat storage directory (by default at <home>/.codemix/livechat)
3. Start MyEclipse and confirm Live Chat now works.
