Do not have option to open SVN perspective or share Java project using SVN only Git and CVS are available.
I have attached the relevant screenshots about my installation. There were absolutely no errors while installing Subversive team provider or connectors and Eclipse restarted after each installation.

Sorry that you are seeing this issue. Thank you for the screenshots.
I ran a quick install test for Subversive in MyEclipse 2021.5.24 and I see the SVN repositories and other SVN views post the plugin install.Can you please start MyEclipse with -clean command args (run myeclipse.exe -clean from command prompt), switch to a new workspace and check if the SVN views appear? If the issue persists, then please share the log file located at workspace dir/.metadata/.log to help us check for any errors logged.
Do you have any other third party plugins installed? If yes, please list them for us to check for any incompatibilities.
