I’m trying to add an XDoclet configuration for JBoss to my EJB project using project/properties/MyEclipse-XDoclet, by right clicking and choosing Add.

The documentation shows that I should have a long list of options to choose from, including jboss, whereas I only have a dialog Configuration Name which alllows me to enter a string. I’ve tried jboss and jboss3, but the resulting configuration contains no options.

I’ve just downloaded MyEclipse 2.6.2, installed it in Eclipse 2.1.1. Using JDK 1.4.2.

I had previously installed another XDoclet based plugin, so it is possible that there is some conflict.

    Hope you can help, regards

    Andrew,

You need to select ‘Add Standard’ to get the Standard EJB doclet then select the ejbdoclet and then select ‘Add’ to see the jboss tag optoins.

A walkthrough of this is in the MyEclipse User Guide under Tasks > Working with Enterprise Java Beans > Creating an EJB.

    Thanks, that did the trick.

I had the Standard EJB doclet, but I was right clicking on it instead of ejbdoclet.
