Uninstall and reinstall and mobile palette is not available

    I have deleted and reinstalled and I have no active palettes. I just have the message “A palette is not available”. What do I do now?

    Sorry that you are seeing this issue.

    Can you please share some more information to help us investigate further :
    1) Can you please clarify what exactly did you delete and reinstalled ?
    2) Can you please share your MyEclipse installation details from MyEclipse > Installation summary > Installation details ?
    3) Please share the screenshots of the issue to help us visualise the issue.
    4) Can you also check the .log file which is located at <workspace dir>/.metadata/.log for any errors of interest ? If yes then paste the errors here for us to investigate further.

    Sorry — was not very specific. I tried to add another javascript library, which seemed to work until I quit MyEclipse, the next time I started it, None of the “views” worked, mobile palette, outline etc..

    It was particular bad as I was demoing to a client and nothing worked. I deleted MyEcliose and reinstalled (version2014). Still broken,tried version 2013, broken, no views working.

    I will upload the other information when I get home to my other macbook pro.
