Are you running the uninstaller and it is giving you this problem? If so, you can manually uninstall MyEclipse by opening Eclipse, going to Help > About > Soft Updates > Manage Configuration, selecting MyEclipse and disabling it, then shutting down Eclipse, then you can go safely erase the MyEclipse install files.
