MarioMemberHello,
I have a problem, the theme is not solved. Deleting the temporary folder causes nothing. The simulator crashes down again.
Thank you for helping.
Brandon BatieMemberCould you also try going into the settings under Mobile Web Simulator and reset the simulator settings? Please make sure the Simulator is closed when doing this.
Can you also include the version of Chrome you have installed? Thanks,
MarioMemberHello Brandon,

Simulator settings I have had also reseted.Thank you to want helping me.

Brandon BatieMemberMario,
Does this happen on a new empty project as well? For example, create a new project with no widgets or code and try to run it in the WebSim and see if the error still comes up.
Thanks,
MarioMemberBrandon,
the same problem new project without widgets
Brandon BatieMemberMario,
Interesting. We are having a developer look into this. Can you let us know what version of Windows you are running and supply us with your .log file located here:
<user-home>\.mobione\runtime\.metadata\.logThanks,
MarioMemberBrandon,
I am using Windows 7
Thank you to want helping me

You must be logged in to view attached files.
tcanipeParticipantremove the content in the .log file and save.. The application debugger will open for the .mobi file. Do not reload the application at any time. Reloading the debugger will cause the “unsupported browser” to occur. Tech support needs to look at what causes this, but this will fix the error.
Cheers and beers,
Todd C.
merhebmMemberHi
suddenly i had this same problem, when it was all perfectly working fine
can you please help ?
i was testing a function that sends out a formatted email, when i got a pop up in Chrome with “disable” or “cancel” option, i have quickly clicked on disable without reading, and after that i could not use the web simulator again because of this error of unsupported browserplease help urgently
Brandon BatieMemberI have had this happen as well, it doesn’t like it when its disabled. Usually restarting fixes the issue. If not try deleting the temporary information:

merhebmMemberyes it worked now after deleting the temporary

Brandon BatieMemberGlad its working.
