    Hello,

the Editor Themes that come with DevStyle do not color the Java keywords ‘var’ (since Java 10) or ‘record’ (since Java 16). Instead those keywords just appear in standard Eclipse keyword color brown. This obviously looks very ugly for most themes.

I am using my own XML theme and i do not know if its possible to add styling for this. Both keywords should probably just always be styled with same color as defined by the ‘keyword’ key.

    katharsas,

I see the same behavior for Eclipse Dark theme as well. Looks like they are not being recognized as part of ‘keywords’ w.r.t syntax coloring. I have filed a report for the dev team to check if we can work on it. We will keep you posted on the progress.

    Thank you for reporting it.
