    Since I upgraded from 3.8.0 to 3.8.2 MyEclipse is Updating JSP Index a lot, mostly when I try to start the application server, tomcat 5. What exactly is it doing and how do I make it stop? Is there a config issue or should I downgrade back to 3.8.0?
