I can’t find a way of upgrading a capability from one version to another after it has been selected for a project.

For instance, if I select ‘Hibernate’ capability and initially choose ‘3.0’, how could I later choose to use ‘3.1’ instead?

I think you need to include an extra feature in the ‘Project/Properties’ dialog that allows…
* a capability to be removed; and/or
* the version of the capability to be changed.
