After upgrading to 2.6.3, and attempting to rebuild an app that built just fine an hour ago, the build simple sits there and chugs and chugs and chugs without completing.

We are using the new coding for the provisioning files but the MobiONE server is taking forever to process the files.

Is this an error with 2.6.3 or is the server too busy, or…???

Please advise as to a solution for this issue.

There was a glitch with the Mobione App Center Services. They are restored now and you should be able to build your apps without problems, please attempt a new build and let us know how it goes.
