I am considering upgrading from standard to professional.

To upgrade do I just renew my license moving the number of seats from standard to professional in the renew form?

I have 2 months left of my standard subscription. If I upgrade now wil I have to pay for both standard and professional for the next 2 months or will the professional subscription start when the standard subscription expires?

You woiuld want to RENEW early as professional…if you simply upgrade for $21.20 then the pro key will expire on same date as the current key does…if you renew now you new key will expire one year from date of current expiration.

Here are the steps to renew:-

You can now renew your membership at any time directly through the MyEclipse site (http://www.myeclipseide.com/index.php).  Please use the following steps;
 
    1.  Login to your group account ( Account ID  ) using your account credentials (ID and Password) provided in our upgrade notice last year.  
    2.  Navigate to the "BUY" section (http://www.myeclipseide.com/index.php?name=Recommend_Us&file=payment_options)
    3.  Select the "Renew Now" button 
    5.  Update the "Quantity" field to make sure it matches the number of end users
    6.  Complete the payment process
