Hi i just spend some time building an app..

I put pictures and so fourth on it. and its 18 pages..

When trying to upload i get this error Server returned HTTP response code: 500 for URL: http://mobioneappsync.appspot.com:80/postdesign/

I tried taking out every picture and it still gave me this error anyone know what to do 🙁

Uploading from the designer not the simulator?

It runs through through the process then sits there for a bit and then stops…. and gives me that error. When i try n make another app just a page with something on it and try n click the send to my email button it works fine but when i try it for the app i made it doesnt?

Maybe too many pages?

Try just exporting it and uploading it to here,

Hi newdesign,

We are researching this issue now. The source of your problem appears to be exceeding the mobione upload mechanism’s 1mb data upload limit. I’m not sure if the exported size of your design exceeds this limit or if there is possibly an addition glitch such as too many files (e.g., images) goofing up the upload. Our AppSync developer is digging into this now.

Can you provide an approximate number of files that make up your design during the Send To Phone process. Look into <mydesignfile>-export directory in the same location as your design’s .mobi file.

Upon further research we isolated the problem to a glitch in the logic that fails gracefully when a design upload exceeds 1Mb. This problem has been fixed and will be available in the next update (approx 2 weeks).
