We would like to know where User Library definitions (Build Path > Add Library > User Library) are stored.

Initially we thought they would be found int he Preferences file if we did an Export. But we do not see it in there. What file is it stored in LOCALLY?

Forget it. Found it.

Windows > Prefs > Java > Build Path > User Libraries > Export a .userlibrabries file

Then have users import it.
