Ive search around a bit without finding directly info on how to set library paths in the case when i want to use both windows and unix machine for development. Eg. c:\source\test.jar
on windows and should be /source/test.jar on unix. Im quite new to eclipse but Im impressed with it. I know theres a solution but what is it. I know the comunity can help th newbie on this one.

You can add your own variables at Window > Preferences > Java > Build Path > Classpath Variables
