    Hello!

Has anybody tried installing Rational Team Concert as a “plug-in” into MyEclipse?

    Karsten,
I haven’t tried using this plugin personally but maybe some other user on this forum has. We will have to wait for their inputs.

    Hello,

Is there any news on installing Rational Team Concert (RTC or Jazz) into MyEclipse?

We are evaluating MyEclipse Blue to be included in our portfolio, integration with our jazz server is a priority requirement.

    Thanks in advance.

    mgroeneweg,

MyEclipse doesn’t provide intrinsic support for Rational Team Concert. If you have eclipse plugin for RTC or Jazz, please ensure it is compatible to your base eclipse, before you add to your ME profile. For e.g. ME 8.5 is based on Eclipse 3.5.2.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Joy,

Thanks, we figured it out already. IBM’s naming of the downloads is a bit confusing…
    For those interested:
To integrate RTC into MyEclipse, you need the P2 repository download.
Extract it and add the folder to the MyEclipse Configuration Center.
You can use the Rational Team Concert group or any of the NLS groups. (I used the Rational Team Concert group)
Select the Jazz SCM and Jazz Team Reports plugins.
