Using report parameters from url

    Hi,

    How do I populate a report paramter with data received in the url of the request…??

    Is there a tutorial for this.. haven’t found one..??

    Hi Thanks for taking time to answer.. I have had a look at the thread you are linking to.. but, I am afraid that it does not directly address my problem (..or maybe I just do not understand it …)

    Do you have some kind of description how get fetch the parameters from the url and populating a report parameter with the values…??

    I haven’t worked with MyEclipse Reports so cant help you with this query but since MyEclipse Reports are built on BIRT, you can cross post this query on the BIRT forums as well.

    Have you tried doing a simple linking report page and then looking at the resulting code?
