Hi,

Is the latest version of TopLink compatible with ME 6?

I see Oracle’s latest version is: 2 build 41:
http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/ias/toplink/JPA/download.html

What are the steps to upgrade once I download the two jar files and others?

You can go to Windows > Prefs > MyEclipse > Project Capabilities > JPA > TopLink and replace the libraries with the new libraries.
