The binding to the component’s methods is not validated. I am pretty sure that this was working in a former version of Angular IDE.

However, property binding validation is working as expected. Please see the attached screenshot which illustrates this issue.

We are releasing Webclipse update today and your issue should be one of the fixed. Anyway, please ensure that you have correct HTML file URL specified in your @Component annotation and that Component is included in any @Module.
