Hi

I’m running Eclipse 3.0.2, MyEclipse 20050508-4.0-Milestone-1, and JVM 1.5 on WinXP. However, I could not able to have designer for JSP.
If I want HTML design, it was fail, and ask me to Microsoft 2000

Could you please let me know how to lunch JSP, HTML designer.

Thank you

Hechun,
We haven’t included the new HTML/JSP page designer in MyEclipse yet, we are hoping it will make it into the Milestone 2 build which will completely replace the old one, so for the time being just try and abstain from using the designer.

Sorry for the trouble.

You should be able to design just plain html files with no problem. You can just cancel the MS installer prompts and start using the editor.

What happened to the Visual JSP Designer. Will it make it into the 4.0 GA?

Can you please post all the information we request in the Posting Guidelines thread at the top of this forum? That will give us some context so that we can determine if this is an installation issue, a configuration problem, or a bug. Thanks.
