This is a known issue with Eclipse platform and some other issues on 64-bit VIsta that we are looking into.

PS: oh, i’ve visualization and refresh problem also in menu options, in new project->other, in the configuration of tomcat server etc…

Thanks for the feedback. There is very little info about this problem on the net generally, but what I can tell you is that the problem seems to be Eclipse related. It happens in the Preferences dialog and a few other places that have nothing to do with MyEclipse.

Hopefully a fix will be found. The IDE is operating totally normally besides this. Just weird random repainting issues.
