I would like a visual tool that allows drag and drop based mapping similar to what Exadel is offering:

Are there plans for something like this? This would be a nice tool for XML mapping too…

Andy,
We are always focusing our energies on the most requested enhancements. While we do have many enhancements to our ORM support in the pipeline and some bigger ones still on the drawing table, I don’t have any status on drag-and-drop visual mapping like this. It doesn’t mean it won’t happen, just that its not in our immediate scope.

that and the JSF visual tools are currently on top of my “need this” list…
