I have tried the VisualVM profiler with JBoss from within the MyEclipse IDE. I have tried all flags and a lot combinations however either the VisualVM.exe crashes or I do not see all my classes. Sometimes when you start the application server he crashes and when you try again it works for a few minutes with all classes and sometimes with some of the classes. Very very unstable! It looks like a timing problem between Java, startup of VisualVM and the Jboss server!

Will the profiler of MyEclipse 8.0 solve these problems ?

    hrsolutions,
I’m sorry, but the issue is not clear.

I need the following details to narrow down the problem.
    1) Can you please elaborate more about the problem you are getting? If possible give me the steps to reproduce your problem.
    2) Can you copy and paste your installation detail? To do that open MyEclipse IDE, from the menu options click on MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details.
    3) Can you send your log file? You can get it from [your workspace dir]/.metadata/.log

I need corresponding log messages only. For this I would suggest you to do the following
      a. open your log file then press Ctrl+A keys and press Delete key.
      b. Save your blank log file.
      c. Open the IDE and replicate your error(1 and 2).

then go to the log file and copy and paste the same here. This will help in tracking the exact root cause.

    4) Did you find any errors related to your project in “problems” view? You can get it from Window>Show View> Problems or press “Alt+Shift+Q,X”. If yes, can you copy and paste the same here?

    5)

Sometimes when you start the application server he crashes and when you try again it works for a few minutes with all classes and sometimes with some of the classes.

This is not clear, can you clarify?

Can you send screenshots in support of your above statement and also explain the steps in detail. You can either [PM] me the screenshots and other details or send all the above mentioned documents to support@genuitec.com. Please include ATTN: JOY in the subject and refer to this thread.
