Setup a deployment of type “packaged” and MyEclipse will export a WAR file for you in your application server’s directory. We don’t currently support setting up a deployment to an arbitrary location, so you will need to configure an application server to deploy to if you want the WAR file.
Arbitrary deployment is an open enhancement that we will address in a future release.
