I have installed Eclipse 3.3.1 and MyEclipse 6.0 on my Gentoo Linux Machine under KDE. Everything seems to be working EXCEPT the Help. When I launch the Help Contents, I get a message saying
Could not launch a Web Browser because there is none configured.
Check the Web Browser Preferences.I have FireFox and Konquerer configured and working. I have set Firefox as the default browser in the Firefox preferences, but cannot see where one configures the browsers in Eclipse/MyEclipse preferences… or how MyEclipse recognizes the Browser….
Is this a Linux, KDE, Gentoo or Eclipse thing? Don’t know where to go from here to fix this problem.
