Hi,

“Custom Ant tasks for customized packaging and deployment processes”
and a flexible directory structure is what I am looking forward to in the MyEclipse product. I noticed that the first piece will be in the 3.0GA release.
When will that be available for trial (I noticed that 3.0.6 is available for paid subscribers at the moment).

We need to update the website because the 3.0GA release referred to was supposed to ship in the same timeline as the 3.0 Final build of Eclipse (2nd Quarter ’04). However, we’ve since started supporting the Eclipse 3.0 milestone builds, we effectively had to use the MyEclipse 3.0 version number more quickly than anticipated in the Road Map.

So, basically both of these things are still on our “to do” list, but have not been done, even in the 3.x versions on the website. Currently, the 3.x versions we have are functionally identical to the 2.x versions, they just work with the Eclipse 3.0 M builds.
